This place is like disney world to me. I used to be excited about going to the beach but now I get excited about buying a new angle grinder to fix the rust hole on my car so I'll pass inspection. Also, I have more dust masks than I can count now. I was just reusing the mask I got from my CPR recertification class before yesterday but now I no longer need to increase my risk of COPD and they even fit my pet. Thanks Habor Freight!

5 Stars for store. 3 for the location. What can I say, Harbor Freight rocks, on a budget when it comes to tools and HF is my place. Staff is friendly. Parking lot is nuts and the location could be a bit better, but wont stop me from shopping there.

I just have to say I’m a fan. I never was a fan of HF products until the last few years. However the staff there at Worcester has been so helpful and knowledgeable I trust them more than the Home Depot or Lowe’s where I can’t get educated answers about anything. I began to buy tools little by little. I realize they aren’t high end in most cases but knowing that and what is warranted and what isn’t is gold. The employees and regional managers should be very proud of how clean and well organized that particular store is kept. It isn’t easy I’m sure. Thanks to all who work there for making it a pleasure to shop at and making it affordable.

Nice employees. Good selection. One of my favorite chains. Great for crafter/hobby supllies and tools. Been a customer for years. One of the places I can go with my father or fiance and not get bored!

Can't beat the price. Perfect if you're going to use the item a few times. If you have to use it daily I would go for snap on.

A good place to pick up cheap tools, some of the quality has improved over the years. US general tool boxes are really nice for the money, sturdy. Good quality roll away tool boxes. Good selection of tools and inventory, need an inexpensive tool. This is the place to go.

I love harbor freight because I can always find great deals on tools, supplies and other things i need. Always great prices on gloves, eye and hearing protection, zip ties and gorrilla tape. I especially love the canvas tarp they sell. They're a bit expensive but worth every penny. They last longer than every other tarp I've purchased.
